What we collect on this site
The contact form collects your name, organisation, work email, and the message you send us. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties.
Engagement data
When we work with your organisation, we are typically operating as a processor under your privacy frameworks. The specific data handling terms are agreed in your engagement contract, including any Privacy Impact Assessment requirements.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can request access to or correction of any personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@clarity.nz and we will respond within twenty working days.
