The challenge

Analytics capabilities existed, but they were disconnected from frontline systems. Insights were difficult to act on, models were hard to operationalise, and decision-making remained largely manual.

The agency needed analytics to appear inside the workflow, where staff could use it at the point of service.

What we did

We developed a full-stack analytics integration capability, including a data science model deployment framework, API-based integration into operational systems, and a scalable analytics services layer.

The approach made analytics available through existing frontline tools, without requiring teams to move between disconnected systems.

The solution embedded analytics directly into frontline workflows, improved real-time decision-making, and increased personalisation of services.

It also created a strong foundation for future AI capability.
