The challenge

Leadership lacked centralised, real-time visibility across yield trends and operational performance.

Decision-making depended heavily on gut feel and ad-hoc requests to the analytics team. This created a bottleneck: executives needed timely answers, while analysts were pulled away from deeper work to respond to recurring questions.

What we did

We designed a suite of high-fidelity Power BI dashboards that gave leaders live transparency into yield trends, operational KPIs, and emerging performance signals.

The dashboard work was paired with a cross-functional upskilling initiative. Leaders were supported to interpret the metrics, challenge assumptions, and use the dashboards as part of their normal operating rhythm.

This shifted data use from a request-and-response model to a self-service decision environment.

Outcome

The organisational burden of ad-hoc data requests reduced by more than 50%.

Leadership gained the ability to make real-time strategic pivots from a shared evidence base, while the analytics function moved from reactive reporting support toward proactive insight generation.
